Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 4, 2026

Short version

Your letter details never leave your browser. Everything you type into the generator is processed locally on your device — we do not store, transmit, or see it. We only collect the minimum data needed to process payment and run the website.

1. Information we do NOT collect

The names, job titles, salaries, company details and any other information you enter into the letter generator are processed entirely in your browser using JavaScript. They are not sent to our servers and are not saved after you close the page.

2. Information collected by payment providers

When you purchase a license, the payment is processed by our payment providers (such as Paddle or Creem), who act as the merchant of record. They collect your email, payment details, and billing country to process the transaction, comply with tax law, and deliver your license key. We never see or store your full card number. Their own privacy policies apply to that data.

3. Information collected by the website

We use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics (if enabled) to count page visits and see which pages are useful. We do not use this to identify individual users. Our hosting provider may log standard technical request data (IP address, user agent) for security purposes.

4. Cookies and local storage

We use your browser's local storage to remember that your license has been verified so the watermark stays removed on your device. This is not shared with anyone. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

5. Data retention

Because letter details are never transmitted, there is nothing to retain. Payment records are retained by our payment providers as required by tax and accounting law.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., the EU/EEA under GDPR, or California under CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data held about you. Since we hold essentially no personal data, most requests can be handled by our payment providers directly; you may also contact us and we will assist.

7. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. The "last updated" date above will always reflect the current version.
